As part of our Merchant Support BNA has created two online video tutorials to aid you in operating your terminals and accessing the online reoprting system.

Series 1 takes you step-by-step through the main categories of terminal use; purchasing, refunds, voids etc and Series 2 takes you through the inner workings of the online reporting system and how to access the specific information you require.
