APPLICATION PROCESS


Getting Started is Easy!

Simply download and complete an application form which we call the BIF, available at www.bnasmartpayment.com

Because this is a banking/credit relationship, you will need to the following information:
Details about your company including financial   statements, incorporation date and number
Personal information including date of birth,
  driver’s license
Void cheque and a copy of a recent statement
   from your current processor

This information is then used to populate the fields on the balance of the merchant applications.

Once the information has been processed and a credit check has been completed, you will be assigned a Merchant number.

This process typically takes 72 hours.

If you are currently with another supplier, we can take care of the cancellation process for you. Just ask a rep and we’ll send you the cancellation kit which includes a template letter and all the information you’ll need.

Simply sign it and send it.

Once you have a merchant number, we put together the formal lease agreements, merchant agreements etc. and make sure that all the relevant information has been gathered.

All you need to do is print, sign and return to us we take care of the rest.

Within 15 – 17 banking days, the processor inputs all your information into their system and your terminals are configured (set-up).

Your systems will be shipped by overnight courier and include a copy of all your submitted information, a tutorial and easy to understand reference guide.

Once you have received your terminals, your BNA rep will work with you to get everything set up and running smooth.

We even schedule two education sessions with you and your staff to ensure you are comfortable and the system is working great.

We also show you how fast and easy it is to start downloading your online reports. Now you can stay on top of how your business is doing with a few simple mouse clicks.
